Payment options:

  • Cash or Check: Always accepted.
  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
  • SunBit: Apply online (www.sunbit.com) or in our office.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

We gladly accept cash payments. As we do not keep cash on site for change-making purposes, cash payments must be made in the exact amount of the balance due.

As a courtesy to our in-network patients, we will bill your insurance company and track claims on your behalf. For out-of-network patients, we do not bill insurance directly; however, upon request, we will provide the necessary claim documentation for you to submit to your insurance carrier.

Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks. You are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of insurance coverage or reimbursement.

Prior to your appointment, we will provide a good-faith estimate for any planned procedures based on referral information and clinical evaluation. Please note that this estimate is not a guarantee of insurance coverage or payment. Any amount not covered by insurance—including deductibles, co-insurance, non-covered services, or plan limitations—remains the patient’s responsibility.
