Our services are not limited to adults. As one of the only Endodontists in the area that is comfortable treating children, we routinely see children 10 years and older for endodontic care. We treat each child with care and respect and allow the child to play a role in the decision-making process.
With the appropriate care, your teeth that have had endodontic treatment will last as long as other natural teeth. Yet, a tooth that has received treatment may fail to heal or pain may continue to exist. Sometimes, the pain may occur months or years after treatment.

Dr. Allore considers it a privilege to serve as a healthcare provider, and he is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care with a level of compassion that is often lacking in the field of dentistry.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the State College of Florida, Dr. Allore transferred to the University of Central Florida. There, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating with honors. Dr. Allore then attended the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he received several accolades for clinical excellence, including awards in oral surgery and endodontics. After dental school, he practiced as a general dentist for several years before returning to the University of Florida to complete his residency training in Endodontics.
Dr. Allore's specialty training in Endodontics has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of modern techniques, including endodontic microsurgery (apicoectomy or root surgery), root canal therapy, root canal re-treatment, the diagnosis of both odontogenic and non-odontogenic pain, trauma, resorption, and pain management.
We use the latest state-of-the-art technology and equipment to ensure that our patients receive the most advanced and effective treatments available. From digital imaging to microscopes, we have everything we need to provide the highest level of care.
Our digital imaging technology provides the most accurate and efficient diagnoses. Digital imaging allows us to see detailed images of the tooth and surrounding structures, making it easier to plan treatment.
The goal of an apicoectomy is to physically remove the source of pain/infection, often associated with the tip of the root and preserve the tooth and crown. We provide in-depth explanations of the procedures, and we utilize that latest technology to aid in treatment decisions.
Sometimes the root anatomy of our teeth is quite complex and there were areas that were not cleaned as well as we would like. With endodontic retreatment we utilize our CBCT 3d imaging and the operating microscope to give us the highest chances of success.

Best root canal I have ever experienced! If I were given a choice of having another root canal procedure or going somewhere else to have my teeth cleaned I would chose Dr Allore at Endodontics located on the Panama City side of Destin Fl. He is very well trained, has an excellent staff which he treated with the upmost respect. He made sure that it was a pain free experience . The good news is he is opening a new location in Panama City area very shortly.
